Paper Skies & Comet (feat. Slyleaf)

Paper Skies, a producer and graphic designer based in Toronto, Canada known for his melodic style, released his first track of 2018 Celestial 3 months ago after months of work behind the scenes. Follow up track Comet is out now, on Killabite Media, in collaboration with vocalist Slyleaf, who has many successful collaborations online and very recently an original out on electronic music behemoth Monstercat.

Air meets nature in an electronic setting to create this melodic dubstep original, started off during a Media Studies class and going onto become one of Paper Skies favourite tracks to date. He describes the track saying it was “everything I want to be known for as an artist. Keeping consistent with my melodic style, I focused on bringing back familiar elements of my music, while experimenting with new bass design and synthesis.”

Lovely quick chords and soft vocals eventually proceed into a drop rammed with emotions, with huge chords, bass rolls, punchy drums and a retro arp flowing beautifully over the top, this is a release you need to have a listen to!
