Orlando producer with Long Island roots AJ Salvatore has dropped “Coming Back To Life”, a radio-friendly follow up to “Alone”, released in June. Featuring the smooth vocals of industry newcomer Joe Sparrow, Salvatore’s new track has all the elements of a top-forty pop hit.
Although “Coming Back To Life” feels modern, it’s clearly influenced by the sound of the ’80s. From the very beginning of the song, gated snares, and atmospheric synths are front and center. The chorus showcases AJ Salvatore’s unique ability to compose blissful pop melodies.
AJ Salvatore wasn’t always an electronic producer. He got his start playing piano, drums, guitar, and bass in bands as a kid, only transitioning to production in recent years. Salvatore’s rich musical background clearly show’s in his melody-driven work.
Only twenty-two years old AJ Salvatore surely has a long career ahead of him in the music industry.
AJ Salvatore has taken Shaun Franks hit track Bon Appétit into a bass house anthem, releasing this banger on heavyweight Ultra Records. His flip on this convivial track may come as a surprise as the vibes get heavy and the bass starts to pump, taking a turn from his customary pop sound. While the original version of “Bon Appétit’” is a light-hearted dance hit, AJ takes things up a few notches as he infuses some more heat into the vocal-driven record. With a slamming four-on-the-floor drop and an aggressive bass line ready to get any crowd moving, his remix is one that is sure to make its rounds in bass.
We are super excited to see what AJ has in store for us in the near future, with the quality of his music skyrocketing. We can only hope next level production from the Orlando based producer.
“Shaun Frank is a huge inspiration to me as a songwriter and getting his official nod of approval on the remix was a huge milestone in my eyes”
